Privacy Policy | Fastseo Website Reviewer

A transparent explanation of the information Fastseo may process, why it is processed, and how privacy rights can be exercised.

Effective date: September 18, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Fastseo Website Reviewer ("Fastseo", "we", "us") handles information when you use gpldroid.github.io/rseo, our tools, and related pages.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, name, message, attachments, and the technical details included in your request.

Audit input: When you submit a URL to the Website Reviewer, the URL and selected audit strategy are sent from your browser to Google's PageSpeed Insights API so that performance and Lighthouse data can be requested. Fastseo does not need you to create an account to run an audit.

Technical information: Hosting, security, analytics, advertising, or browser technologies may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, referring page, timestamps, and interaction data, depending on which services are active on the site.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the website and audit tools.
  • Respond to support, privacy, correction, and partnership requests.
  • Measure site performance and understand aggregated usage where analytics are enabled.
  • Display and measure advertising where advertising services are enabled.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and prevent abuse.

3. Legal bases and data minimisation

Where GDPR applies, processing may rely on consent, performance of a requested service, legitimate interests, or legal obligations, depending on the activity. We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and to retain it only as long as needed.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

The site may use essential browser storage or cookies required for functionality, and third-party cookies or similar technologies may be used by analytics and advertising providers when those services are enabled. Google states that advertising cookies may be used by Google and its partners to serve ads based on prior visits; users can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.

Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies or personalized advertising, an appropriate consent mechanism should be presented before the relevant processing occurs. Google requires publishers serving personalized ads in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland to use a certified consent management platform meeting its stated requirements.

5. Privacy Choices and Consent Management

Fastseo provides a first-party Privacy Choices interface for optional analytics and advertising technologies. Optional categories are disabled by default until a visitor makes a choice. The selected preference is stored locally so it can be remembered, and a persistent Privacy Choices control is available on the site to review, change, or withdraw optional consent.

The consent interface is designed to prevent Fastseo's consent-gated optional scripts from loading before the relevant category is enabled. Necessary functionality remains available. If a third-party advertising service is enabled, its own consent and disclosure requirements also apply.

5. Third-party services

Fastseo may rely on third-party providers, including Google PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse services, analytics providers, advertising partners, hosting infrastructure, and email services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party processing.

If Google advertising is enabled, our privacy disclosures will identify applicable advertising technologies and provide the required information about advertising cookies and opt-out choices. Google requires publishers to disclose the use of advertising cookies and relevant third-party vendors.

7. California privacy rights

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies, California consumers may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, opting out of certain sales or sharing, and limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information, subject to statutory exceptions. Based on current operations, we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If advertising or analytics providers process information in ways that constitute "sharing" or another regulated disclosure under applicable law, those activities are addressed through the relevant disclosures and choices. Requests can be sent to info@fastseo.site. The California Privacy Protection Agency describes the CCPA as providing rights over personal information collected by covered businesses.

8. GDPR rights

Where GDPR applies, you may have rights to be informed, access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and receive portable data, plus the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.

To exercise a right, email info@fastseo.site with the request and enough information to verify it. GDPR requests are generally answered without undue delay and, subject to applicable rules, within one month.

9. Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose and provider involved. We seek to delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required, subject to legal, security, and operational needs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. International transfers

Third-party providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant provider is responsible for implementing the required mechanism for its processing.

11. Children

Fastseo is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children for the purpose of creating accounts or profiles.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, third-party providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
